I am a clinical psychology graduate student collecting data for my dissertation.  Currently, I am studying how factors such as alcohol use, consequences, and health outcome variables interact.

I am asking IIT undergraduate students to complete a set of online questionnaires, which have been developed to measure these factors.  The survey should take about 30-40 minutes to complete.  Your participation is completely voluntary and all of your responses will be kept completely confidential.

Please note: If you are a enrolled in an undergraduate psychology course and would like to receive research or extra credit you must fill out last few questions on the survey (your name and instructor’s name), in order to receive credit. If you do not fill this part out, I will have no record of your participation. Your name and instructor’s name will be kept in a completely separate password protected database and will NOT be linked to your survey responses.
